There are headers and footers on the certificate when I print it. How do I remove them?

See Tips for Printing Your Certificate for instructions on suppressing headers and footers when printing.

How can I get a copy of my certificate if I don't have a printer?

When you have passed the course and completed your registration and payment, a screen will display with a link to your certificate. Click the link to display your certificate and then bookmark the page so you can return to it later when you do have access to a working printer.

If you provide your e-mail address during registration, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your certificate. If you don't have a printer available at the time of completing your course, you can view and print your certificate at a later time when you do have a printer by opening your confirmation e-mail and clicking the link to your certificate.

If you do not have any access to a printer, you can click the link at the bottom of the confirmation screen which reads "Click here if you cannot print your certificate." A form will display allowing you to request that your certificate be mailed or faxed to you.

You can also contact us directly to arrange for having your certificate mailed or faxed if none of the above options works for you.

Please note: We do not mail certificates for free courses unless you send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Is there a charge for having my certificate faxed to me, my employer, etc?

There is no charge for faxing a certificate.

How can I have my certificate mailed to me if I take a free course and can't print the certificate?

Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wild Iris Medical Education, PO Box 257, Comptche, CA 95427.

The certificate is 8"x11" in size, so if you do not want the certificate folded, send a 9"x12" envelope with 80 cents postage. A standard No. 10 envelope requires 41 cents postage, and your certificate will be folded to fit in the envelope. (International customers should send an envelope with sufficient postage for a 1-ounce letter.)

When you send your request, be sure to include your name, the name of the course, the date, and the transaction number from the Registration Confirmation screen. Including your phone number would be useful if we have questions.

Can I fax in my registration form?

Yes. At the bottom of the registration form in the section titled "Payment Options", click the "Register and pay by mail" button. Print the form and fax it with your credit card information to 707-937-2546.

What if I have multiple licenses? Can I get a certificate that lists all my licenses?

We may be able to provide you with a certificate for each license. Please contact us with your request.

What if I make a mistake entering my license number or registration information?

Please contact us. We will create a new certificate for you.
